Marketing ideas for my future private practice

This is hilarious...
Dear intelligent woman, suffer no more, come to my private practice to get the right boobs!

Approximately 42% of women will admit that they are unhappy with their appearance, and for a large portion of these, their breasts are the first thing they would change. Despite having successful careers, intelligence, or any number of other positive attributes, the fact remains that women, in general, are more self-conscious about their breast size than many would care to admit.
In reality, there might be a good reason for this concern about breast size among women. Despite whatever fault could be found with the logic of judging a woman's appearance solely by her figure, American men seem to generally prefer larger breasts.
According to a recent poll taken on a leading research survey website, out of over 1,650 male respondents, only 17% stated that a woman's ideal breast size is below a C cup. That left a substantial number (83%) of all men surveyed, who stated that they preferred a woman with a C cup size, or larger. Additionally, 26% stated that a B cup was the smallest cup size they would consider when looking for potential mates, and 20% agreed that breast size was absolutely crucial in a woman's overall sexual appeal.
Research conducted by Singh and Young (1995) reiterated that men are biologically more sexually attracted to women who have a larger breast size. The same study also found that the ideal size for a woman's breasts differs significantly according to what men perceive and what women perceive. Essentially, the ideal breast size a woman might want is generally smaller than the ideal breast size a man would prefer for her to have. Earlier, and in consideration of the same topic, Furnham et al. (1990) noted that although men are also attracted to a narrow waist and curvier hips, they tend to pay special attention to a woman's chest size, regardless of the rest of her bodily proportions.
These studies concluded with the same information that the aforementioned survey revealed: that is, the overall perception men have of a woman's sexual prowess seems to be undeniably linked to her breast size. With multi-million dollar industries for padded, push-up bras and breast enhancement surgery, it seems that women in this country are making a concerted effort to successfully capitalize on the genetic factors that predispose male attraction.
And why shouldn't they? After all, the laws of attraction and their resulting benefits tend to invariably work in a woman's favor-professionally, socially, and otherwise

Z Plasty

I went on a £1500 2-day bullshit course to learn this, useless waste of money and time)…One day a genius explained it to me in 5 minutes and it left a mark on my brain and my heart, and I will love him for it always)…
Definition:
Transposition of two interdigitating equal triangles of skin flap.
Indications:
  • Release contractor
  • Break up a scar
  • Change direction of scar
  • Deepen a webspace or obliterate a depression
  • Move tissue
Design:
  • THE SCAR IS THE COMMON LIMB
  • TO WORK OUT THE END SCAR, REMEMBER WHERE YOU’VE CUT.
The angle of the z plasty determines the potential gain in length. (25% increase for every 15°)
Angle 30%, gain in length 25%, 45°à50%, 60°à75%, 75%à100%, 90° impossible to transpose.
The smaller the angle, the more difficult for the blood supply, but the better the laxity.
Complications:
Tip necrosis, no laxity so cant move.
Jumping Man Flap
2 Z plasties and 1 V to Y advancement flap
used for concavities e.g. Inner canthus, first webspace
(compared to bi-lobbed flap used for convexity e.g tip of nose, bulk of chin)

Multiple Z plasties
To break up a long scar

2 Z plasties in each other
ABCD becomes the CADBury flap

Mobile Phones

There are people who randomly pick up their phones and stare at it, there are others who have imaginary conversations and those who have repeated alert for their txts so it makes it look like they have loads of friends, there are also people who save their mum’s name as someone else so it looks like someone important is calling them when it’s only their mum telling them to get the hell home.

The Rhomboid Flap

Described by Limberg in 1966, also known as the Limberg flap, random pattetn flap, used anywhere where tissue laxity can be identified. (classically Temple)
Books talk about lines of maximum extensibility and relaxed skin tension lines… it’s a load of confusing crap, too much waffle. Once a genius explained this to me in 2 minutes before he did it on someone’s temple and I get it now…
Thank you AN!!
1) Identify the lesion
2) Draw/imagine where the wrinkles on the  skin lie
3) Draw two two lines parallel to each other and 90° to the wrinkles.
4) Join the other lines to make a rhomboid
5) Extend a line from the biggest angle to make the 4 potential flaps
6) On face chose an inferiorly based flap to get a flat surface (need the blood and lymph and stuff) to get drained away. Superiorly based flaps are used for projection, e.g nipple.

7) Always close the donor site first to release tension.
